The framework was simple: start small, test fast, and double down on what works. In week one, the focus was on speed: launch ads, collect data, and validate demand. By week two, I had already shifted budget into the highest-performing creatives. As the weeks rolled on, we scaled spend while tightening targeting and retargeting warm audiences.
This phased approach meant that every dollar spent in September built on the one before. By the end of the month, Saramani House Secret had moved from a testing phase into a profitable growth track, with proven creative winners and a stable system to scale further in Q4.
Execution was about moving quickly without breaking efficiency.
I didn’t waste time on endless testing or slow pivots. When the leather bag and home décor videos proved they could convert, I scaled budgets behind them immediately. Each week built momentum, and even as spend grew 3.5x, performance stayed stable.
